Set up Pyramid Solitaire
Pyramid Solitaire is played with a standard 52 card deck. Starting with 1 uncovered card on top of the pyramid, the Tableau is then adding one card to each level of the pyramid. Together there are 7 levels with a sum of 27 card in the pyramid Tableau.
The Stock consists of the other 25 cards, with one waste card being dealt out.

Objective
Goal of the Pyramid Solitaire is clear all card of the pyramid. In order to do this you have to pair up 2 cards, which sum is 13. King is worth a value of 13, Queen 12, Jack counts 11 and the Ace stands for 1.
Rules
Only looking at the set up of this game, let's you assume that the Pyramid Solitaire's rules are totally different from the ones of classic Solitaire. You are right!

1. Stock plays out one card each up on the Waste deck.
2. Any 2 cards from the bottom of the pyramid or the Waste can be paired, if the sum of them is 13.
3. Suit and colors do not matter in this game Flip cards from the Stock onto the Waste.
